Our little chapel, our big dream… and it’s all coming together beautifully. 🤎

Introducing our main Reformer Studio.

A place to switch off. A place to refocus. A place to escape the outside world and take a little time for yourself.

Designed with natural wooden textures, soft finishes and cosy, warm lighting, we wanted to create a space that feels less like a traditional gym and more like a home away from home.

No harsh gym atmosphere, no pressure, no distractions. Just a welcoming space where you can slow down, move your body, reset your mind and feel completely at ease.

We want you to take in the surroundings, settle in and make the space your own.

Welcome to the very first snippet of Sisters & Studio. 🤎

MEET THE TEAM… sort of 🤭

A family business means everyone gets a job title… whether they’re qualified for it or not.

From Head of Messy Painting to Chief Tea Maker, we’ve got all departments covered (ish).

Behind Sisters & Studio is a whole lot of family, a little bit of chaos and a lot of love. We wouldn’t have it any other way. 🤍

Welcome to the team… we’re still working on the job descriptions.

The Sisters behind the Studio

We created Sisters & Studio out of a shared desire to build more than just a Pilates studio — a space rooted in community, connection, and escape.

We envisioned a calm, welcoming environment where people could step away from the outside world, feel at ease, and truly belong. A place where movement is supported, friendships are formed, and everyone feels part of something bigger.

At the heart of it all is our belief in community - a studio that feels personal, uplifting, and full of warmth.
